Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is a cozy spot to crash for the odd night with a perfect location near tube and bus stops. It's great for those attending events at Shepherd's Bush Empire, but rooms can be small. Service was nice and professional, and the dining options were basic but acceptable.
The hotel rooms were small but very well-equipped and clean, which was ideal for us. The location above the pub was convenient, although the room size was absolutely tiny. The service was polite, cheery, and helpful, allowing us to check the air conditioning. The location was perfect for our stay, with easy access to transportation and shopping. The dining experience provided more than enough food options, including vegan dishes.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of Shepherds Bush. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, with thoughtful amenities like a big comfy bed, a massive rainfall shower, and a fridge stocked with juice and fresh fruit. However, the size of the room seemed smaller than expected based on the photographs.
